Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers. P.O. boxes are supported for USPS shipments only.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once your package ships. You can track your delivery through the carrier's website or by replying to your confirmation email for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Not satisfied? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us at hello@tryscrubsy.com for hassle-free returns or exchanges. We'll cover the return shipping.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), shipping times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering at least 7–10 business days before you need your products during these periods.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost — no questions asked.
International Shipping
