Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available at this time — we’ll announce here when it is.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
• $4.95 flat shipping on orders under $35.

Order handling

Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on major holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Tracking info is emailed as soon as your label is created.

Returns

If you’re not in love with Scrubsy, email us at support@usescrubsy.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a refund or replacement — you don’t need to ship anything back.

Damaged in transit?

Please send a photo to support@usescrubsy.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge.
