Refund policy

Our promise

If Scrubsy doesn't make a noticeable difference in the freshness of your machine or drain within 30 days — or if you're just not in love with it — we'll make it right. Refund or replacement, your call.

Eligibility

• Any unused product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Opened or partially used product is still eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days if you're not satisfied — you do not need to ship it back.
• Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon) must be returned through that marketplace's return process; we do not process refunds on orders we did not fulfill directly.

How to request a refund

Email support@usescrubsy.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number in the subject line. We normally respond within one business day and issue refunds back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email support@usescrubsy.com with a photo (for damage) within 7 days of the delivery date on your tracking. We will send a free replacement.
